- You have fulfilled the requirements of the last assignment only partially. You have described adequately how you would wish your family life to look like, but said very little about the professional aspect of your imagined future. You only stated that you would like to be independent as the head of your own company. During our last lesson we have covered this topic in some detail, delineating the steps you would have to take in order to create your own company. Consider this discussion as the starting material and present a more complete plan whose realization might make you your own boss. You could also ask aunt Ola for advise. Recently, she took over a veterinary clinic in which she had worked for several years. Hence, she certainly knows a lot about all kinds of obstacles one encounters on the road to one's own enterprise.

Step 1. Business plan and choice of business type:
ReplyDeleteWe create a business plan and give for verification. We are wondering if the business will be a one-man or a company z.o.o. It determines how much money we will need.
Step 2. Commune office - company registration and CEIDG-1 form:
We have to fill a form online (and deliver it to the right facility) or in the facility.
Step 3. Opening a company bank account:
Setting up a company also involves opening a special bank account.
Step 4. A visit to the tax office:
To start a business we will need a tax identification number. We also need to choose the form of taxation of our company and register the company as a VAT payer. To this end, we must go to the appropriate tax office.
Step 5. Central Statistical Offices:
In the Central Statistical Office (GUS) we will obtain REGON.(National Official Register of National Economy Entities).
Step 6. Social Security (ZUS):
There, we report people who pay the dues.
If we set up a company first time we have discounts.
Step 7. National Labor Inspectorate and Sanepid:
We report there if we intend to employ other people for our company.
Step 8. Obtaining licenses and permits:
A concession - is an authorization to conduct business in accordance with the law.
The permit doesn't give the company new rights. However, it is the concretization of its activities. Permits are granted by the authorizing authorities specified in the respective acts.
Step 9. Bookkeeping:
These are all activities (recording them) related to finances.
